Senior Operations Manager

Seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to help lead and coordinate our two manufacturing operations, and to meet customer expectations and needs. This key leadership role will oversee production planning, scheduling, workflow, logistics, installations, labor efficiency, and operational performance while working closely with Production, Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Executive Management.

Key Responsibilities:
" Lead and coordinate operations across both locations
" Oversee production planning, scheduling, capacity, workflow, logistics, and installations to meet key deadlines.
" Improve labor efficiency, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery
" Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities
" Monitor operational KPIs, equipment utilization, waste, and labor
" Identify problems early and implement practical, lasting solutions
" Help drive a consistent, accountable, and scalable operating environment

Qualifications:
" 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience
" Previous management or supervisory experience required
" Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
" Experience with production planning, KPIs, process improvement, and cost reduction preferred
" Multi-location operations experience preferred
" Printing, graphics, signage, or related industry experience is a plus

This is an active, hands-on leadership position requiring regular work in both St. George, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada.
