Job Summary

This role provides analytics support for the client's NPA and zonal electrification programs an initiative focused on accelerating building electrification to avoid gas infrastructure investments and support long-term decarbonization goals.

Key Responsibilities

• ETL Pipeline Creation: Develop and maintain an extract-transform-load data pipeline across multiple different core data environments to screen and prioritize electrification opportunities across the client's system.
• New Data Sources: Provide recommendations to enhance data pipeline with new data sources and improved data processes.
• Process Automation: Create automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery, ensuring accurate data manipulation and data cleansing.
• Dashboards and Ad Hoc Analysis: Develop and communicate clear, concise, and actionable data analyses in the form of dashboards or ad hoc reports.

Required Skills

• Advanced skill in Python (or similar programming languages) for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced skill in SQL and database query languages for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from data environments.
• Advanced skill in designing and maintaining ETL processes for large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
• Able to analyze and interpret data and effectively communicate findings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in GIS preferred.
• Familiarity with utility operations.

Education Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Experience

• 4 years of related work experience.
