To be successful, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with scientists, to manage tasks and work orders with service organizations and vendors, and to develop and maintain documentation. The candidate must be comfortable working without fully defined processes and should be flexible and resourceful to ensure tasks are completed.
