Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Siemens OpCenter MOM Consultant with 4 7 years of experience in CAMSTAR. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional analysis to design solutions, manage incidents, and optimize manufacturing operations using OpCenter Discrete modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to governance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to design solutions based on the Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
  • Conduct techno-functional analysis and assess impacts of changes and new requirements.
  • Develop and optimize Opcenter Discrete modules (this role does not support other Opcenter platforms).
  • Provide product and technical guidance to team members.
  • Support Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, and Change Management.
  • Manage periodic governance reporting, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Lead team management, customer interactions, and knowledge-sharing efforts.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing sites, contextualizing shop floor operations and supporting business processes.
  • Ensure SLA and KPI adherence, maintaining uptime and application availability.
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the MES COE, interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, and implementations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 4 7 years of CAMSTAR experience.
  • Strong expertise in Opcenter MOM platform and its application to manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience in Opcenter Discrete module development.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage incidents, change requests, and problem resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and optimize solutions.
  • Proficiency in SLA, KPI management, and governance reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing.
