Job Title:  Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location:  Saint Paul, MN
Duration:  Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Education/Experience Required:  High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Shipping/receiving with UPS and US Government Client. Printing, scanning Ricoh Trac, assembling, cutting, binding, punching of documents.
• Stocking supplies and keeping inventory.
• Emailing, calling, and communicating with client.

Skills & Qualifications:

• We are getting some with mail experience, but we really need both mail and printing experience. At this point, printing experience is key.
• Someone who can communicate well, both with our team and client.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Basic knowledge of office programs, outlook, excel, word, teams.
• Experience in basic shipping/receiving as well as basic printing and binding.
• Extensive periods of time sitting at computer and standing while working on product assembly.
• A little lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Dress Code: Business casual.
• Driving: No
