Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location: Saint Paul, MN
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities :- Shipping/receiving with UPS and USPS. Printing, scanning Ricoh Trac, assembling, cutting, binding, punching of documents.
- Stocking supplies and keeping inventory.
- Emailing, calling, and communicating with client.
Skills & Qualifications :- Someone who can communicate well, both with our team and client.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Basic knowledge of office programs, outlook, excel, word, teams.
- Experience in basic shipping/receiving as well as basic printing and binding.
- Extensive periods of time sitting at computer and standing while working on product assembly.
- A little lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Dress Code: Business casual.
