Responsibilities

• Examine title and prepare drilling and division order title opinions
• Review mineral, royalty and leasehold interests and curative requirements
• Advise clients and land teams on title issues
• Support acquisitions and divestitures with title due diligence

Requirements

• Expert-level oil and gas title experience
• Active bar license in good standing: Texas
• Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
