Description:
• An experienced and collaborative nursing leader is needed to oversee nursing operations across community-based healthcare clinics in Brooklyn, NY. 
• This full-time, onsite role requires strong clinical and supervisory experience to ensure high-quality patient care and effective clinic operations. 
• The position involves administrative leadership with occasional hands-on clinical support.

Requirements:
• Provide nursing leadership and oversight across multiple clinic locations.
• Supervise Nurse Managers and support staff members.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and effective clinic operations.
• Conduct staff check-ins, provide coaching, and support professional development.
• Develop and monitor quality and performance benchmarks.
• Support staffing and scheduling needs across clinic locations.
• Promote a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:
• BSN required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or nursing management experience with direct reports.
• Strong clinical nursing background.
• Experience in a primary care, acute care, hospital, or ambulatory setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance administrative and clinical responsibilities.
