Job Details

As our businesses build and adopt AI agents at an accelerating pace, every connection those agents make to internal systems, including APIs, cloud services, collaboration tools, and data stores, creates a machine identity that must be provisioned, monitored, and governed. These credentials can proliferate quickly, operate autonomously, and often fall outside governance models traditionally built for human users.

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to help lead and drive our Machine Identity & Agentic AI Governance program end-to-end. This is a newly created, high-visibility role at the intersection of Identity, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, and Cybersecurity.

You will lead the rollout and operationalization of our non-human identity (NHI) governance platform, develop the processes and workflows that allow business teams to move quickly with appropriate guardrails, and help establish the operational foundation for a broader AI governance program.

This role requires proven experience driving complex, highly visible initiatives across both technical and business teams within a large enterprise environment.

What You'll Do
NHI Governance Platform Rollout & Operationalization
Drive the end-to-end deployment of the NHI governance platform across the enterprise, including integrations with cloud platforms, identity providers, SaaS applications, and internal systems
Partner with IAM engineers and analysts to establish the operational model for NHI discovery, classification, ownership assignment, and lifecycle management
Develop dashboards, alerts, and reporting that provide technology and business stakeholders with visibility into machine identity posture
Machine Identity Governance
Establish intake, assessment, and approval workflows for new machine identities and AI agent credentials across the organization
Partner with subject matter experts to define lifecycle processes for provisioning, credential rotation, access reviews, and decommissioning
Support governance across secrets, service accounts, API keys, OAuth tokens, and other non-human credentials
Identify ungoverned or orphaned credentials and coordinate remediation with Cloud, Identity, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams
Cross-Functional Partnership
Serve as a key operational partner across Identity Management, Cloud Operations, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and AI teams
Work with Cybersecurity partners to translate policies and standards into practical, enforceable, and increasingly automated controls
Collaborate with AI teams and business stakeholders to enable responsible adoption of agentic AI, using governance as an enabler rather than a bottleneck
Represent the program in cross-functional discussions related to AI governance and machine identity strategy
Program Development
Build and maintain runbooks, standards, workflows, and documentation supporting machine identity operations
Establish and track metrics that demonstrate risk reduction, adoption, and increasing operational maturity
Stay current on the evolving non-human identity and agentic AI landscape and help evaluate relevant practices, technologies, and emerging risks
What You Bring
Experience within Identity and Access Management (IAM), ideally including Identity Governance and/or Non-Human Identity programs
Strong technical project or program management experience, with the ability to prioritize work, assess risk, coordinate complex implementations, and proactively surface challenges
Solid technical understanding of modern integration technologies, including APIs, cloud platforms, connectors, REST, SCIM, and enterprise system integrations
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and API key-based authentication
Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and development of technical requirements, design documentation, workflows, and other program artifacts
Working knowledge of secrets management platforms such as HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, and/or non-human identity technologies
Understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and how machine identities are created and used within them
Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and communicate with both deeply technical teams and senior business stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to organize complex information clearly
Nice to Have
Experience with NHI governance or secrets security platforms such as Entro Security, Astrix, Elimity, or similar technologies
Exposure to agentic AI frameworks and an understanding of how AI agents authenticate and interact with enterprise services
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud provider security certifications
Experience within media, publishing, technology, or another data-intensive industry
