Job Details

As a senior technical escalation engineer, you will be responsible for supporting mission-critical Federal and Intelligence Community environments using enterprise and data center networking technologies, with a focus on advanced switching platforms. The role leads complex technical escalations and Severity 1 incidents, performs root cause analysis and troubleshooting, and partners with engineering teams to resolve defects and develop long-term solutions.

MUST HAVE:
  • BS in a related field
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 8+ years of enterprise networking experience
  • 3+ years of switching experience
  • 3+ years in a senior-level escalation, TAC, or Tier 3 Support role
  • Expertise with Juniper EX and QFX platforms
  • Experience supporting mission-critical federal, DoD, or intelligence agency environments

NICE TO HAVE:
  • EVPN/VXLAN trouble shooting
  • data center fabrics
  • JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCNA, CCIE, or other certifications
