Summary
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support enterprise network infrastructure across a highly automated operational environment. The primary focus is senior-level network engineering, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support, with an understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments.
The ideal candidate has strong enterprise networking experience and exposure to manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments. Deep OT or controls experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security infrastructure.
• Support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and related network technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
• Support networks within manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or other highly automated environments.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, operations, and controls/OT teams.
• Support network connectivity for industrial equipment, warehouse automation, and other operational systems.
• Maintain network documentation and technical standards.
• Support network deployments and infrastructure projects, including a planned Colorado Springs facility.

• 5+ years of senior-level enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong enterprise networking and troubleshooting skills; CCNP-level knowledge strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies; Meraki experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, industrial, or similarly complex environments preferred.
• Working understanding of OT networks and how PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial equipment connect to the network.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• CCNP or equivalent certification/experience.
• Experience with warehouse automation, AGVs, industrial IoT, SCADA, or Industrial Ethernet.
• Experience with 802.1X/DOT1X, network access control, CUCM, or conditional access.
• Experience supporting large manufacturing plants or distribution centers.

OT Experience
Deep OT or controls engineering experience is not required. Candidates should understand how industrial systems connect and communicate across the network but will not be responsible for PLC programming or controls engineering.
Strong senior network engineers who have worked around OT environments and can learn the OT-specific elements are encouraged to apply.
