Apex Systems is hiring a Network Engineer in Austin, TX!
Were looking for an experienced CCNP-level Network Engineer to join a high-performing infrastructure team responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and supporting complex enterprise and global network environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging networking problems, driving modernization efforts, and working across data center, campus, wireless, and network automation initiatives.

What Youll Be Doing
As a Network Engineer, youll play a key role in the architecture, deployment, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure, while helping drive automation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Layer 2 and Layer 3 network environments
What Were Looking For
5+ years of Network Engineering experience
Strong hands-on expertise with:
Experience with:
Ability to lead technical initiatives, support large-scale infrastructure projects, and mentor junior engineers
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Background
CCNP-level networking expertise
Experience designing and supporting global enterprise network environments
Knowledge of network architecture, infrastructure modernization, and automation strategies
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
