Role Overview
This role focuses on .NET development in support of a merger initiative. The position involves enhancing and integrating a desktop-based telephony application. The work entails adapting a proprietary, agent-facing application to operate within the infrastructure of the acquiring organization. This platform serves as a middle layer between call center systems and the agent interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a desktop-based telephony application using .NET technologies.
- Enhance application functionality, including call recording, audio and video processing, and transcription
- Work with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to build and adapt the user interface.
- Implement and support automated summaries, biller connectivity, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application.
