KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership: Oversee one dev team (2-4 devs) under the guidance of an Architect
Design, develop, and maintain software applications, services, and APIs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in accordance with coding standards
Implement new features and enhance existing functionality
Participate in technical design and architecture discussions
Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and maintainable
Follow established design patterns and development best practices
Create unit, integration, and automated tests
Debug and resolve defects found across environments
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
Monitor application performance and resolve production issues
Document technical solutions and operational procedures
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum 8+ years of experience working with C#, .NET Core, and Angular (latest versions).
Experience in deploying software solutions utilizing primarily the Microsoft .NET framework.
Backend Technologies: .Net, C#, ASP.Net Web API, SQL Server
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and dependency injection.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
Ability to contribute to technical specifications and technical design documentation for the software development team.
Ability to effectively analyze software source code to validate the application for business and technical requirements while supporting the improvement of the application.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team addressing technical issues and problems.
Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps (or Atlassian Jira).
Must demonstrate ability to work independently and utilize critical thinking skills as required.
Good understanding of Agile methodology including experience with Scrum methods and processes.
