The Senior .NET & Power Automate Developer will design, architect, develop, and implement enterprise applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft technology stack and Microsoft Power Platform. The position requires extensive hands-on .NET development experience combined with strong architecture, Power Automate, SQL Server, modern front-end development, API development, testing, and application-integration expertise.
The developer will also provide technical leadership, propose ground-up architecture for new projects, and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
Develop RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
Architect new enterprise applications and provide technical solution designs from the ground up.
Develop database schemas, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions using SQL Server.
Use Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
Design and develop front-end applications using:
Angular
Blazor
TypeScript
JavaScript
HTML
CSS
React
Utilize Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS.
Design and architect enterprise workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
Develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions using:
Dataverse
Model-Driven Apps

Power Automate
Power BI
Design Power BI data models and reports to deliver actionable business insights.
Develop and execute API and front-end integration tests.
Write unit tests using NUnit.
Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production problems.
Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Maintain SSIS packages, cron jobs, schedulers, and background jobs.
Use Visual Studio 2022 and SQL Server Management Studio for enterprise application development.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Dynatrace.
Troubleshoot Windows Server environments and analyze event logs.
Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Participate in architecture and technical design reviews.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Maintain application and architecture documentation.
Support application deployments, enhancements, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
Minimum 15 years of ASP.NET Framework experience and strong ASP.NET Core REST API development experience.
Minimum 12 years of SQL Server experience, including:
Database Design
Schema Design
Stored Procedures
Entity Framework
SSRS
Minimum 12 years working with evolving UI technologies including HTML, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Blazor, and React.
Minimum 7 years of Entity Framework Core experience.
Minimum 5 years of unit testing experience, including NUnit.
Minimum 5 years of strong application architecture and solution-design experience.
Architecture-from-scratch experience must be clearly demonstrated within the most recent 3 years.
Minimum 3 years supporting SSIS packages, cron jobs, schedulers, and background jobs.
Minimum 3 years with Angular CLI, Angular Material, RxJS, and Blazor.
Minimum 2 years with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Minimum 2 years with Dynatrace, Windows Server troubleshooting, and event-log analysis.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
ArcGIS software experience.
Advanced Power Automate workflow architecture.
Power BI reporting and data-modeling expertise.
Enterprise application modernization experience.

Ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor development team members.
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
