The role emphasizes expertise in .NET and Microsoft technologies, with responsibilities spanning design, development, integration, and optimization of applications. Experience with government SaaS platforms like Accela and OpenGov is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Build scalable, maintainable .NET applications.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient code; conduct reviews; mentor junior developers.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements.
Technical Leadership: Guide the team and enforce best practices.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Performance Optimization: Ensure applications run efficiently at scale.
Integration: Maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and improve processes.
Technical Skills
Programming: Deep experience in C#,
VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
ASP.NET, Blazor.
API Development: RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Databases: Microsoft SQL Server (SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, RS).
Cloud: Strong knowledge of Azure.

Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8 years recent experience with Microsoft .NET/Azure stack.
5 years in application development.
2 years as an application development lead.
