Senior Multifamily Project Manager

Maintain project records, including schedules, budgets, change documentation, and progress reports. Lead project meetings and share clear updates on schedule, budget, and site activity.

• Manage multifamily construction projects from project planning through closeout.
• Build and maintain project schedules to track milestones, sequencing, and completion dates.
• Monitor project budgets and costs to support informed project decisions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep work moving.
• Review construction progress and address project issues as they arise.
• Lead project meetings and share clear updates on schedule, budget, and site activity.
• Maintain project records, including schedules, budgets, change documentation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate project closeout activities and confirm required deliverables are completed.

• Experience managing multifamily construction projects (Affordable housing, College housing, wood frame apartments).
• Experience building and managing construction schedules.
• Experience tracking project budgets, costs, and change documentation.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing construction progress and resolving project issues.
• Ability to lead project meetings and communicate clear project updates.
