Senior Estimator

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information. Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities during the estimation process. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Review and refine budgets to align with project goals and client expectations. Present estimates and proposals to stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and cost fluctuations to ensure accurate estimates.
