Serve as the MuleSoft subject-matter expert for complex enterprise applications and integrations.
Take ownership of existing MuleSoft applications and develop new solutions.
Design, build, test, deploy, and support REST APIs.
Support the implementation of MuleSoft and Amazon API Gateway across the Federal Reserve.
Deploy applications through GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including deployments to AWS GovCloud.
Troubleshoot complex application, API, integration, and production issues.
Partner with architects, engineers, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Promote scalable, secure, maintainable, and reusable API-development practices.
Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every four weeks, including occasional weekend support.
Five or more years of application-development experience.
Expert-level, hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
Experience developing and supporting complex MuleSoft applications and integrations.
Strong programming background in any development language.
Hands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Experience taking ownership of existing applications and building new solutions.
Understanding of service-oriented architecture, microservices, API security, and API lifecycle management.
Experience using GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to participate in scheduled on-call and occasional weekend support.
MuleSoft Professional Services or equivalent consulting experience.
Amazon API Gateway experience.
AWS GovCloud deployment experience.
Axway API Management experience.
Experience within financial services, government, or another regulated industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
