SUCCESS Summary:
Responsible for generating residential mortgage loan production through developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Provide world-class serve as you coach your clients through the loan process.
Position Requirements
- Full-time position (MON-FRI), with flexibility to meet all business metrics; attend external events, or flex to customer schedules and availability outside of standard hours.
- Business casual attire required in office; business professional as needed in certain settings.
Ideal Qualifications:
- No college degree required.
- 5+ years of mortgage banking experience.
- Active NMLS registration.
- Expert in loan production, underwriting best practices, and residential mortgage product offerings.
- Superior problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in emotional agility and/or emotional intelligence (EQ).
- A proven connector in your local community.
- Strong preference to candidates that are community minded in their local area.
- Responsive and proven referral network.
Compensation:
Negotiable for proven Mortgage Bankers with a track record of consistent production over the past 5+ years.

Our client is hiring across the Middle TN region / Nashville MSA. LPO on the south side of Music City.
