Job at a Glance:
Join a dynamic team as a Mobile Application Developer, specializing in building cutting-edge mobile solutions for a premier leader in entertainment and technology. This role involves creating high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, working collaboratively within an Agile team, and implementing innovative features that enhance user experiences across global audiences. This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence once a week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring exceptional performance and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including product managers, designers, and QA specialists, to deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize software for performance, scalability, and efficiency, focusing on memory and CPU usage.
- Implement and maintain networking features such as HTTP, Bluetooth, RFID, and socket connections.
- Design, integrate, and test RESTful web services for seamless communication with backend systems.
- Work with notifications systems, including Push, RFID, and Bluetooth, to deliver personalized guest experiences.
- Follow best practices for code quality, design patterns, and mobile application architecture.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5–8 years of professional experience developing enterprise or consumer mobile applications.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android) for platform-specific development.
- Strong understanding of CS fundamentals, including design patterns and code quality best practices.
- Expertise in networking protocols (HTTP, RFID, Bluetooth, and sockets) and RESTful services.
- Proven skills in optimizing software performance, including memory and CPU usage.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across time zones and geographic locations.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, especially in virtual team environments.
- Effective time management and self-motivation to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Agile teams with diverse roles such as product managers, designers, and QA testers.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for sending and tracking notifications across various technologies.
