Job Title: Senior MMP Engineer

Location:Holly Springs, NC Fully Onsite
Pay Range:$35-$40/hr W2 /Contract

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Maintenance Management Program (MMP) Engineer to support equipment readiness, lifecycle management, and project turnover in a biologics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review C&Q turnover packages and engineering documentation.
• Perform equipment walkdowns and identify documentation discrepancies.
• Develop preventive maintenance job plans and maintenance requirements.
• Verify equipment data, spare parts, serial numbers, and asset hierarchies for CMMS integration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration, and C&Q teams.

Required Skills:

• Experience with upstream and downstream biologics equipment, including bioreactors and chromatography systems.
• Knowledge of CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo or SAP PM.
• Experience in equipment lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and C&Q turnover.
• Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
