    As a Senior Milieu Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the designated leader during assigned shifts
    • Model and uphold high-quality therapeutic programming and unit structure
    • Mentor, coach, and develop unit staff in therapeutic intervention skills
    • Support a positive, trauma-informed treatment environment
    • Complete documentation of treatment services and required reports accurately and timely
    • Assist in maintaining consistency, accountability, and engagement among staff and residents
