Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid)
Job Type: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior MicroStrategy Developer with strong hands-on expertise in developing enterprise-level BI solutions, advanced reporting, and interactive dashboards.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and Report Services Documents.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Build scalable BI solutions and optimize reporting performance.
• Lead testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy development experience.
• Strong SQL, data warehousing, RDBMS, and OLAP expertise.
• Experience with Advanced Analytics Reports, Visual Insight Dashboards, transformations, complex metrics, and VLDB properties.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Cassandra.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
