• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for operational and project teams
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to support scalability and growth
• Implement and optimize operational technology, reporting systems, and best practices
• Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve accountability and decision-making
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, resource planning, procurement, and operational reporting activities
• Partner closely with leadership, finance, project management, and field operations teams to mitigate risk and enhance profitability

• Proven leadership experience within commercial construction, building services, or MEP-focused project environments
• Strong track record managing multiple projects, teams, and operational functions simultaneously
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial performance management, and resource planning
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong understanding of project delivery, risk management, quality control, and safety standards
• Experience utilizing construction management software, reporting platforms, and operational technologies
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel throughout the Southeast region as required
