Description
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Director of Operations will be responsible for leading operational performance across multiple projects and locations while supporting company-wide growth initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for operational and project teams
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to support scalability and growth
- Implement and optimize operational technology, reporting systems, and best practices
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve accountability and decision-making
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, resource planning, procurement, and operational reporting activities
- Partner closely with leadership, finance, project management, and field operations teams to mitigate risk and enhance profitability
Profile
For the Senior MEP Project Manager - we are seeking:
- Proven leadership experience within commercial construction, building services, or MEP-focused project environments
- Strong track record managing multiple projects, teams, and operational functions simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial performance management, and resource planning
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong understanding of project delivery, risk management, quality control, and safety standards
- Experience utilizing construction management software, reporting platforms, and operational technologies
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel throughout the Southeast region as required
