    Summary

    Our client is currently recruiting an accomplished Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role demands advanced proficiency in Revit software, a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a proven track record of success in multifamily development projects. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, requiring the successful candidate to be on-site or in the field four days each week, with the option to work remotely one day. The role includes an estimated 15% travel requirement and comes with a comprehensive relocation assistance package. While eight years of experience is the standard target, qualified candidates with slightly less tenure may be considered for Mechanical Engineer II or III positions.

    Responsibilities

    • Leverage expert-level skills in Revit software to lead mechanical design efforts.
    • Oversee engineering projects with a specific focus on multifamily residential developments.
