Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Mud Pump Design

Location: Spring, Texas

Job Summary

• Design and develop Mud Pumps and related oilfield equipment.
• Perform engineering calculations, stress analysis, FEA, and tolerance stack-up.
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor.
• Support testing, validation, manufacturing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of Mechanical/Machine Design experience.
• 5+ years of Mud Pump Design & Development experience.
• Oil & Gas / Oilfield Equipment experience.
• SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor and ANSYS / SolidWorks Simulation.
• Hydraulic systems, P&IDs, hydraulic schematics.
• Knowledge of API 6A, 7K, 8C and ISO standards.
• Experience with stress analysis, tolerance stack-up/GD&T.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• Willing to work onsite in Spring, TX.

Preferred

• API Q1 / ISO manufacturing environment
• Welding / fabrication
• Pump components and pressure equipment
• Equipment testing and commissioning
