Design & Development:<\/b> Support the design, selection, and implementation of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and pressure -containing components across oil and gas facilities.

Performance Optimization:<\/b> Analyze mechanical systems to identify opportunities for increased reliability, safety, and efficiency, applying advanced engineering calculations and modeling tools.
<\/p><\/li>
Asset Integrity:<\/b> Perform stress, vibration, and fatigue analyses for pipelines, compressors, and pressure vessels; ensure compliance with ASME, API, and ANSI standards.
<\/p><\/li>
Failure Analysis:<\/b> Lead root cause investigations on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime and costs.
<\/p><\/li>
Project Support:<\/b> Partner with project teams to review vendor proposals, develop specifications, and oversee equipment installations and commissioning.

Maintenance Programs:<\/b> Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to establish preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

Compliance & Safety:<\/b> Ensure all mechanical designs meet regulatory requirements and company safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:<\/b>

Education:<\/b> Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s or Professional Engineer [PE] license in Texas preferred).

Experience:<\/b> 5 -10 years of mechanical engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.
<\/p><\/li>
Technical Skills:<\/b> Expertise with rotating equipment, pressure vessels, and pipeline systems. Proficiency in CAD and engineering analysis tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ANSYS.
<\/p><\/li>
Industry Knowledge:<\/b> Familiarity with oil and gas standards including API, ASME, and ANSI.
<\/p><\/li>
Problem -Solving:<\/b> Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement practical solutions.

Communication:<\/b> Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams.
