Senior Mechanical Engineer / Designer, HVAC Design-Build

A mechanical contracting firm with more than 100 years in business is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Designer for its HVAC design-build group in St. Louis.

What you'll do:

- Design HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems for design-build projects in healthcare, higher education, commercial, pharmaceutical/lab, food and beverage, and manufacturing facilities

- Work closely with estimating and construction teams from preconstruction through installation

- Develop sequences of operation and coordinate controls

What you bring:

- 10+ years of mechanical design experience

- Strong knowledge of building codes

- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

- Nice to have: BSME, PE license, an estimating or construction background, Trane Trace 700 or Carrier HAP, medical/lab gas, and process piping
