What You Will Do
- Design and develop innovative mechanical systems for atmospheric applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical components into larger systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of mechanical designs to ensure performance and reliability.
- Utilize advanced modeling and simulation tools to optimize designs and improve efficiency.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve mechanical issues in prototypes and production systems.
- Document design processes and maintain accurate records of engineering changes and specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in logistics or defense.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design principles.
- Experience with the design and analysis of complex mechanical systems.
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery on engineering projects.

Compensation and Benefits
