What You Will Do

  • Design and develop innovative mechanical systems for atmospheric applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical components into larger systems.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of mechanical designs to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Utilize advanced modeling and simulation tools to optimize designs and improve efficiency.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve mechanical issues in prototypes and production systems.
  • Document design processes and maintain accurate records of engineering changes and specifications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 5–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in logistics or defense.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design principles.
  • Experience with the design and analysis of complex mechanical systems.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and delivery on engineering projects.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with aerospace or high-performance engineering environments.
  • Experience in systems engineering or multidisciplinary team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits
