Senior Mechanical Engineer

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for mechanical and product design, product development, engineering analysis, and design optimization. The role focuses on 3D CAD, CAE/FEA, VAVE/value engineering, cost reduction, engineering changes, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 6+ years of mechanical engineering experience
• Strong mechanical/product design and 3D CAD experience
• Experience with VAVE / value engineering and cost reduction
• Product development and engineering support experience
• Experience with CAE/FEA, including structural, vibration, and fatigue analysis
• Experience with engineering changes, documentation, and design optimization
• Ability to work with cross-functional engineering and quality teams
• Lead mechanical and product design activities using 3D CAD.
• Support product development and engineering projects.
• Perform CAE/FEA, including structural, vibration, and fatigue analysis.
• Drive VAVE/value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage engineering changes, technical documentation, and design revisions.
• Optimize product designs for performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Provide technical support throughout the product development lifecycle.
