    Description

    At Unmanned Defense Systems, we are at the forefront of designing and manufacturing tactical military Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), with a current focus on Mini (5-50 kg) class fixed-wing and VTOL layouts. These UASs are engineered for long-distance, Electronic Warfare (EW) resilient deep into the hostile territory operations, capable of carrying heavier payloads, and are supported by advanced modular systems that enhance cost-effectiveness, durability, and battlefield superiority against many rivals in today's market.

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    • Leadership and technical guidance (lead design teams, technical decision-making);
    • Engineering and design (conceptual and detailed design, CAD modeling and drafting, simulation and analysis, working drawings);
    • Project management (project planning and execution, technical documentation);
    • Testing and optimization (ability to organize and lead prototyping, performance testing, iterative improvement);
    • Vendor engagement, supplier interaction.

    What We Look For

    • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the design field of aerospace engineering, robotics, or other precision mechanics areas.
    • Strong knowledge of aerospace design engineering principles, structural mechanics, composite materials, and moving mechanisms.
    • Understanding of aerodynamics principles.
    • Creativity.
    • Proactive approach and a "can-do" attitude.

    Nice to Have:

    • Understanding of electronics and/or mechatronics.
