Senior Mechanical Design Engineer CREO (Onsite-Moorestown, NJ)

We are looking for Senior Mechanical Design Engineer CREO for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will design and analyze mechanical structures, enclosures, and electronic modules using CREO for 3D modeling and ANSYS for thermal and structural analysis, supporting design verification, testing, and production.

This is an 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is a onsite role in Moorestown, NJ.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the Sensor Mechanical Design Center. In this role, You will work as part of an engineering team to responsible for the design, analysis, verification, and production support of mechanical structures, enclosures, and electronic modules for multiple programs across the RMS Line of Business.
• Yiou will interface with Systems, Electrical Engineers, Drafting and Operations personnel in the development of detailed designs and assembly strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in the design, development, integration, and testing and requirements verification of these technologies, including the support of technical data packages, design reviews, supplier engagement, and lab & test facility activities.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 10 + years of experience as Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years with CREO for mechanical modeling
• 3+ years of using Ansys for thermal and structural analysis

Compensation: $80/hr - $115/hr (DOE)
