In This Role, You Will
Lead end-to-end design of sophisticated mechanical systems and products, optimizing for performance and reliability.
Oversee large engineering projects, ensuring specifications, schedules, and costs are met.
Set technical direction and solve complex engineering issues with sound judgment and data.
Plan and conduct advanced analyses and verification testing to validate designs.
Approve drawings, models, and prototypes, ensuring compliance with standards and manufacturability.
Partner closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams; engage clients and suppliers to drive program success.
Coach junior and mid-level engineers in best practices, reviews, and design techniques.
Champion continuous improvement and stay on top of modern mechanical engineering trends and tools.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of experience, including leading cross-functional mechanical development efforts.
Mastery of CAD platforms such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD; familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows.
Strong background in advanced design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
Proven leadership, project management, and communication capabilities.
Track record of handling multiple concurrent initiatives across the product lifecycle.
Experience with ISO and ASME standards and regulatory compliance.
Technologies You’ll Touch
CNC automation and related manufacturing systems.
3D modeling and 2D documentation using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
