The Senior Manufacturing Operations Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support customer demand, operational efficiency, and inventory objectives. This role leads scheduling strategy for the Mosel facility while collaborating with global manufacturing sites to ensure alignment of production plans and material flow.
This Senior Master Scheduler position plays a critical role in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), capacity planning, and supply chain performance, ensuring that production schedules are realistic, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule across multiple production lines to achieve customer service and inventory turn targets
- Analyze capacity constraints and partner with Materials and Manufacturing teams to build feasible, optimized production plans
- Lead scheduling inputs for monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, including preparation of planning materials and demand alignment
- Monitor and drive key supply chain performance metrics, including LOTIF (Line On Time In Full) and OFCT (On-Time Customer Request Date)
- Works and coordinates with a team of Master Schedulers and Material Schedulers, to ensure manufacturing operations efficiency
- Maintain and govern SAP master data related to planning and scheduling to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Coordinate production schedule changes and priorities with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Materials, Purchasing, and Engineering
- Partner with Engineering Change Board, Sales, and Marketing to manage product transitions and minimize obsolescence risk
- Collaborate with global manufacturing sites (including Changzhou, Singapore, and Brest) to align production plans and material availability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within scheduling and planning processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP for pla
