Marketing Planning AnalystPreferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing operations, business strategy, finance, consulting, or analytics. Experience managing complex budgets, forecasting, and investment planning. Experience synthesizing large datasets into executive-level insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel or equivalent analytical tools. We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to shape how marketing investments accelerate growth across our consumer services, including iCloud, Creator Studio, News, Books, Fitness and more. This role combines strategic planning, financial rigor, and cross-functional leadership to ensure every marketing dollar is deployed where it creates the greatest customer and business impact. As part of the Marketing Strategy & Insights team, you will partner across Marketing, Finance, Marcom, Analytics, and Executive Leadership to develop investment frameworks, optimize portfolio performance, and influence decisions that shape Client's long-term marketing strategy. Description As a Marketing Planning Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the planning, governance, and optimization of Client marketing investments. You will develop data-driven recommendations that inform annual and quarterly planning, manage marketing budgets across multiple initiatives, and improve the operational processes that support investment decisions. You will build scalable planning frameworks, evaluate marketing performance through incremental and financial lenses, and provide executive-ready insights that influence senior leadership decisions. Success in this role requires balancing analytical depth with strategic judgment while collaborating across Marketing, Finance, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Business teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end marketing budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing investment management across multiple marketing initiatives. Develop investment strategies that maximize business impact while balancing growth, efficiency, and long-term customer value.
