The Senior Marketing Strategy Consultant will help CMOs and digital leaders at global brands turn emerging technology, including AI, into strategy and stories they can act on. In this role, you'll split your time between shaping new client propositions and leading strategy on live engagements.
This is a hybrid role, ideally based near a major EPAM hub such as NYC, Boston, or Philadelphia. Theres no fixed in-office schedule, but you should be comfortable working on-site periodically and traveling occasionally as client and team needs require.
About Empathy Lab by EPAM:
Empathy Lab is EPAMs AI-native creative agency: we believe that in an era reshaped by artificial intelligence, technology should make experiences feel more human, not less. We operate at the unique intersection of business strategy, human creativity and advanced engineering.
By bridging EPAMs world-class software engineering and AI capabilities with top-tier creative and strategic digital services, we turn complex technical solutions into deeply engaging brand experiences.
