Senior Marketing Strategist

LHH is partnered with a growing marketing-focused organization is seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing professional to lead initiatives across multiple business accounts. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing generalist who enjoys balancing strategy, client partnership, campaign leadership, content direction, and performance optimization. You'll work directly with business leaders and clients, develop integrated marketing programs, oversee execution, and help drive measurable growth across a variety of industries.

Location: Greater Milwaukee - Onsite/In-Office

Compensation: $80K-$85K

Role Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in agency, B2B, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, website strategy, SEO, content marketing, and campaign management
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Proven success managing multiple projects, brands, or client relationships simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Comfortable operating both at the strategic level and in execution when necessary
  • Ability to simplify complex products, services, or technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
