Develop messaging and coordinate the creation of supporting assets with marketing team members and creative specialists.
Translate technical or complex information into clear, audience-focused content that supports business objectives.

Monitor digital performance and use insights to recommend improvements.
Project Coordination & Collaboration:
Manage marketing projects from planning through completion, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication.
Coordinate with graphic designers, multimedia specialists, proposal team members, and other marketing partners to deliver high-quality work.
Use project management tools such as Monday.com to organize work, track progress, and maintain visibility.
Contribute ideas to improve marketing processes, tools, templates, and team capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience with or ability to learn tools such as Salesforce Account Engagement, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting professional services, engineering, technology, or business-to-business organizations.
Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including email marketing, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation.
