The Senior Marketing Specialist, Employer Solutions, is responsible for planning and executing market-focused content and sales enablement strategies that support Employer Solutions growth in Indiana and regional markets, with additional focus on the TPA line of business. This role develops content-driven campaigns, sales materials, presentations, messaging, and other resources that support employer market priorities, advance the value proposition, and help drive membership growth, retention, and sales effectiveness. The position serves as a key partner to sales, TPA stakeholders, product marketing, and core marketing teams by translating market insights, business priorities, and subject matter expertise into clear, compelling content and practical tools that support employer engagement. Experience with CRM, CMS, and project management platforms is a plus. This hybrid role is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
