Description

Job Summary: Lead the Core Tubes portfolio within the U.S. Specimen Management platform to drive revenue growth and market leadership. Develop and execute multi-year marketing plans focused on sustainable differentiation, profitability, and customer value. Collaborate across regional and global teams using customer insights, market analysis, and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of business experience, including 5+ years in marketing or product management.
  • Healthcare or life sciences marketing experience preferred.
  • 5+ to 7 years total experience.
  • Associate seniority level.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Leadership:
  • Own all aspects of product management for the Core Tubes portfolio including forecasting, financial planning, pricing, lifecycle management, and promotional activities.
Customer-Centric Growth:
  • Develop compelling value propositions and identify customer needs.
  • Create training programs to support sales teams and enhance customer engagement.
  • Regional Marketing & Sales Support:
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver marketing programs, launch management, and field training that drive adoption and retention.
Strategic Planning:
  • Build and execute annual and long-term marketing strategies including pricing, positioning, branding, and resource allocation.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and marketing excellence framework.
Tactical Execution:
  • Deliver marketing collateral, demand forecasts, and competitive analyses.
  • Manage multiple priorities with speed and precision.
Innovation & Creativity:
  • Identify new product opportunities.
  • Develop creative marketing tactics to differentiate in the marketplace.
Data-Driven Insights:
  • Develop KDG dashboards that synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Enable actionable insights to optimize performance annually and across strategic planning cycles.
Leadership & Influence:
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Influence without authority and serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
  • Domestic travel up to 30%.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Depth of marketing expertise in segmentation and lifecycle management.
  • Product launch planning and execution.
  • Strategic pricing, positioning, branding, and resource optimization.
  • Spreadsheet proficiency, collateral development, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
  • KDG dashboard development for data synthesis.
