About the role

Digital Polygon's marketing practice is growing fast, and we're seeing rising client demand for marketing operations and go-to-market strategy work. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to step in as a senior, client-facing owner on our marketing retainer engagements -  someone who can run multi-channel go-to-market strategy and marketing automation builds from strategy all the way through execution. You'll partner closely with our solution architects on marketing-heavy engagements and help mentor the rest of the marketing team as it grows.

What You'll Do

Client & Account Leadership

  • Own client relationships and lead multiple marketing retainer engagements as the senior, accountable owner - from presales and scoping through strategy, delivery, and results.
  • Partner with solution architects on marketing-heavy engagements, bringing marketing strategy depth alongside the technical architecture.

Strategy & Execution

  • Drive cross-channel go-to-market strategy across digital and traditional channels - email, content, paid, social, search, direct mail, signage, and events - turning data into strategy and strategy into execution.
  • Own marketing automation strategy and build-out in platforms like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Marketo, including lifecycle architecture, nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and trigger-based marketing.
  • Design, run, and measure growth and demand-generation programs such as lead magnets, nurture journeys, and conversion funnels.

Team Leadership & Reporting

  • Manage and mentor junior project managers and specialists, improving delivery quality and building team independence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating results into clear next steps and long-term strategy for clients.

What You BringDesired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or go-to-market strategy - agency or client-services experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record managing multiple client initiatives simultaneously while delivering measurable, on-time results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused.

Nice to Have

  • Event planning and coordination experience.
  • Organic and paid social media marketing experience.
  • Content writing and content strategy experience.
