Our client, a leading Fortune 5 technology company, is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager – Paid Media in Seattle, WA.
Contract: 6+ months, with potential for extension/conversion
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate Range:$75 to $83/hr W2, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end cross-channel media planning and execution for marketing campaigns.
- Develop media strategies aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals.
- Manage external media agencies and internal activation teams to execute campaign strategies.
- Partner with marketing and retail stakeholders as the paid media subject-matter expert.
- Monitor campaign performance and drive real-time optimization based on KPIs and performance data.
- Compile reporting from multiple sources and develop comprehensive campaign wrap reports with actionable insights.
- Advise leadership and stakeholders on media decisions, recommendations, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with campaign program managers, measurement partners, creative teams, content teams, and other media managers.
- Contribute to broader media investment and advertising portfolio strategies.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve media effectiveness, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional marketing/media experience.
- Strong experience with cross-channel media strategy and planning.
- Experience leading complex media programs at an agency or with a large advertiser.
- Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive campaign improvements.
- Experience with industry media-planning/measurement platforms such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, or similar.
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
- Strong knowledge of paid media, programmatic, paid social, and/or media buying.
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
