Job Title: Senior Marketing Communications Specialist - III (Senior)

Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA

Salary Range: $66.67/hr

 

Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology teams to deliver data-driven insights that influence strategy, optimize promotional investments, and guide field execution. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large healthcare datasets, and able to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within pharma, biotech, healthcare, or a data-driven commercial environment.
  • Proven experience designing and interpreting studies, including MMM, A/B testing, HCP segmentation, and dynamic targeting.
  • Experience working with large datasets and tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience designing analytics strategies for both HCP and Patient media and promotional tactics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions.
  • Experience with IQVIA, Symphony or other healthcare datasets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on brand performance using medical and pharmacy claims, CRM data, promotional activity data, and other internal/external datasets.
  • Develop insights on prescribers, patient access dynamics, and channel performance that inform marketing and sales strategy.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for senior leaders.
