Senior Manufacturing Engineer
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, quality, and overall equipment performance.
- Support new product launches by creating robust manufacturing plans and process strategies.
- Analyze production workflows, machine capacity, and process capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process enhancements to support operational objectives.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing equipment and production systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve process reliability and product quality.
- Partner with operations, quality, product engineering, and other cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
- Evaluate capital equipment opportunities, develop business cases, and support equipment implementation projects.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, process standards, and technical procedures.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing quality through process validation, testing, and capability analysis.
- Support PFMEA activities and drive risk reduction across manufacturing processes.
- Work directly with customers and suppliers on manufacturability, process capability, and quality-related initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports, analyze manufacturing data, and provide recommendations to leadership teams.
- Participate in and lead project teams focused on productivity, safety, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 4+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes such as grinding, turning, milling, honing, or similar precision manufacturing operations.
- Experience with process development, optimization, and new product introduction.
- Proven ability to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
