This roleà isà responsible forà translating employment laws, company policies,à andà compliance requirementsà into practical, scalableà processes, tools, systems, workflows,à documentation,à and leader guidance.à The Senior Manager partners closely with Legal,à HR leadership,à HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners,à and business leaders to ensure HR practices are compliant,à consistently applied,à operationally sound,à and aligned toà theà employee experience.Ã

This leader owns the operating discipline for workforce compliance, including policy governance, onboarding and recruitment compliance, employment eligibility, wage and hour readiness, employee classification, pay transparency, recordkeeping, HR process audits,à labor relationsà strategy &à compliance,à compliance controls, and compliance training, reporting, and remediation. The role serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on HR compliance risk,à labor compliance, andà evolving workforceà requirements,à helping the organizationà anticipateà regulatory changes, standardize expectations, and build sustainable compliance practices that support growth, integration, and operational consistency.Ã
