Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As Senior Manager, WHS Marketing, you will drive the execution of account marketing and activation strategies across key wholesale partners. Reporting to the Director, WHS Marketing, you will focus on delivering best-in-class consumer experiences across the full consumer digital journey and at the point of sale by aligning brand, retail, digital marketing, and strategic digital content planning with key account objectives.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, Digital Activation, Brand Communications, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable business impact. You will play a key role in optimizing marketing investments, leading strategic digital content planning and execution, securing premium brand presence in physical and digital retail environments, and driving sell-through.
This role may include people management responsibilities, such as coaching and developing team members, setting performance expectations, and fostering a high-performance culture. However, the primary focus remains on executing marketing strategies and ensuring operational excellence across wholesale accounts.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Digital, Account Management, consumer digital journey planning, or digital content planning and execution.
Previous experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Proven track record in executing account-based marketing strategies with a focus on sell-through and consumer engagement.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
