Senior Manager, Training Premium Experience and Hospitality

Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges, North America is seeking a Service and Training Director of Premium Experiences supporting our portfolio of exclusive first-class lounges. You will be responsible for developing and facilitating training for all lounges.

This manager will be a hands-on leader, and have the flexibility to travel (approximately 80%) across the country, as needed. Developing training guidelines and implementation, creating and executing standard operating procedures, with a luxury focus.

Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 - $129580

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo"s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
