    We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager to own critical partnerships with technical leads as well as required regulatory communications. This role is critical to driving innovation, operational alignment, and client-centric solutions across Schwab's brokerage account products, spanning both IS and AS.

    As the product integrator, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable development plans, engaging with and managing relationships with key technology domains, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact produce enhancement. This position plays a key role in managing execution of our broader product strategy while also ensuring our regulatory and compliance needs are met in a timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables for development partners, ensuring clarity and alignment.
    • Own the annual regulatory and compliance calendar to ensure proper documentation and completion of required activities
    • Partner with Product Managers to identify and develop the team's broader product roadmap.
    • Collaborate with operations, compliance and legal to align on requirements and delivery timelines.
    • Monitor and proactively resolve delivery risks and blockers through structured ceremonies and escalation paths.
    • Manage prioritization and communication of potential roadblocks
    • Own the team's regulatory mailings processes, with an eye towards automation/digitization of these efforts

    What you have

    Required Qualifications:

    • Current working experience with Schwab systems and processes.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in financial services or investment platforms.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to influence and negotiate across diverse teams and leadership levels.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work in both a strategic and executional capacity.
    • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
    • Experience working across cross-functional teams (product, tech, operations)
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Experience with requirements documentation (BRD, FDR, user stories, use cases)
    • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
    • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
    • Experience with digital product development and client experience optimization

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven success in launching complex digital products requiring cross-functional coordination.
    • Understanding of Schwab's core brokerage and retirement product offerings.
    • Public speaking and presentation skills.
    • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
    • Ability to create process flows and journey maps

    In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
